      Abandoned/Decrepit Boats
      Canals Seawalls & Boating
There are a number of abandoned and decrepit boats in our canals. NoMi Code of Ordinances is clear that these boats are not permitted in our waterways. Why is the City fining homes for missing property number signs and not taking measures to have these boats removed?

      New Speedhumps are coming...
      Streets, Bridges & Parks
A county inspection shows that our speedhumps on Keystone Blvd and elsewhere in KP do not comply with code and our turnabouts and signage are not legal. The illegal roundabouts on Croton and Alamanda Roads were placed there because of the pump station cover and was necessary to deter the noise. We will be getting 4 new speed humps on Keystone Blvd that comply with Code and will be further away from the roundabout.

      N. Miami City Mayor Threatens Residents to be removed....
      What's going on in NoMI?
A resident of North Miami was asking questions or making comments during the presentation by an expert regarding the use of Herbicides (that contain Carcinogenics) for weed control by the City and Residents of the City. The Mayor of North Miami asked the Citizens to remain quiet during the presentation and when one Citizen made another comment or question, he then threatened him to be removed by the Police. When Councilman Galvin asked the Mayor not to threaten citizens with the removal by Policemen, the Mayor threatened Councilman Galvin by telling him that he would have him removed too. In my opinion, this presentation was intended to consume a large amount of time from the meeting and Councilman Galvin and Citizens were eager to get to the most pressing issue, Tab Q, the $250k Mardi Gras Event Sponsorship Agreement. The Mayor said this is "my meeting" and I will have anyone disrupting this meeting escorted out by Police.
